New Orleans STR- need a local manager!
Hello! I own a home in New Orleans that I am hoping to use as a STR. Tried a big name management company but it didn't work out. They were less than truthful and were charging me a whopping 25%!
Told me I would need to buy art they suggested and pushed me to use their interior designers! They promised the world and delivered nada!

I decorate my 23 STRs like Hugh Hefner himself did it. @Luke Carl can verify.
I buy artwork on ebay and do the framing myself with a table saw and miter. Average cost per piece is around $2. Mostly topless or bare bottom women. Nothing raunchy, unless of course you go to a certain few houses.
