Rental Arbitrage in Alexandria - Cost Estimation

Team,

I'm getting very interested in the rental arbitrage model as it seems to generate huge amounts of cash flow. I'm looking for the most accurate way to estimate my expenses.

How much can I expect for a cleaning fee? Do I need property management, can it be 100% autonomous? What are some other less obvious costs that I can expect?

Thanks!

If you have to ask about cleaning fees, property management, and being autonomous; it probably means that doing STR arbitrage is not for you YET. Try running an STR on a property you already have. Don't sign a lease and be committed for a long period of time for something you don't know how to do.

You're trying to lease a car before you have your drivers license.

23 STRs here, 83 beds, 1500 previous renters - all are refinery contractors.
