Staging/Showing STRs to prospective tenants

Got a phone call a few minutes ago.  A foreman is coming to town and needs a place for him and 11 other guys.  He'll be here this afternoon, the other guys will be coming in in the next 6 days.  The only place I have to fit that many people is already rented out, but those guys that are renting it went home to Louisiana for 3 weeks due to job delays.  So I'm going to move the Louisiana people to a different house when they come back and I'll show the foreman the house that they were previously staying in.  My wife will be there and have the washer & dryer running with linens or towels, and she'll be running the vacuum cleaner when we show up.  All the other linens will be in a pile in front of the washer.  

It's all just a show for the foreman to see that we are trying to get the place clean and ready for him and the other 11 guys.  There are 5 beds and a sofa bed in the house.  They'll do day/night shift.
