Hello everyone, I’m looking at VR at Panama City Beach, Florida, Destin, FL. as well, if anyone owns condos there, can you give me an idea what the occupancy rate looks like on average in low season? Thanks!

@Lorraine Patterson - I'm a Realtor and Investor in the area with a STR in Destin and in the process of buying another on on Okaloosa Island (Fort Walton Beach). Your occupancy will really be determined by your pricepoint, location, and property. There are plenty of beach houses that are near 95% occupied year-round that are on the beach. It's also much easier to keep a 4+ bedroom property occupied than a 2 bedroom condo simply due to the saturation of one versus the other. I'd be happy to help you out if you aren't already working with someone in the area. :)
