Managing an Airbnb/VRBO in Northern Minnesota
I live in the Twin Cities and would love to have a cabin up north. To pay for it it, I’d want to run it as a short-term rental. Is there anyone who manages places like that in the Moose Lake area?

Hi @Matt J.. Looks like a neat area! There are not many STR's in the area, but you do have the Moose Lake Resort as a main competitor with their own cabins.
You should spend some time seeing what cleaning companies are in the area as well as a handyman type person as well. Then you can decide if that specific area is right.
The average nightly is pretty broad from 90 to over 300 a night. Waterfront is bringing the bigger numbers of course.
