AirBnB in Tarrytown, Austin TX

I have a unique opportunity to potentially AirBnB a 2/1 in Tarrytown at approximately $1,500 all in (mortgage, HOA). Does anyone here have any experience with AirBnB in the Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin, TX? If so, how well or poorly has it performed? Any insider tips?

Any insight is greatly appreciated as I vet this opportunity!

Look on Vrbo and Airbnb for similar properties and see how much they are charging and how full their calendars are. That should give you a good idea.
