Can I ask my realtor to pay me 2% of my asking price for not sell

I want to sell my home. Can I ask my realtor to pay me  2% of asking price if he/she does not sell my home in 6 months

I will disagree with saying we have "no skin in the game". I pay for all newspaper advertising, (yeah still done here) professional photographers, MLS fees, signs in the yard, post signs, flyers, $100 ebox sitting on the door for 6 months. If it doesn't sell, then I am just out.

 Costs me about $1500 to service a listing.
