does any one know what the instrument  numbers on a real estate deal mean???

Sounds like some thing I need advice on too.

I own 2 rental Condos. I just made a offer on a 3rd property I am trying to get a HELOC on one of my condos to finance the 3rd

Condo is offered at $95,000 Rehab is $6,000 ARV $130,000.

Can use  a HELCO  to pay for down payment?

Has any one see a contract for this type of scheme???
