nashville real estate
Hello,
I'm looking to make a move to Nashville. My goal is to buy a duplex, tri, or quad, live in half and rent out the others. Also, I'm looking to buy a condo downtown to rent out via airbnb. Basically just to have a property that produces some income and also gives me the ability to set aside some days if I want to go hang out downtown.
Any advice on either category would be helpful. I've seen the prices on multi family properties is very high. Any neighborhoods to look in? Stay away from? etc. What buildings downtown even allow airbnb?
Thank you so much!
David
