Hey,

Anyone owning vacation rentals in orlando? what are the pros/cons compared to owning long term lease rental properties?

Any pointers I should consider or be aware of while looking for vacation rentals near orlando?

Hi Manjunath,

A couple things to consider is whether the provider is reputable, has a good track record, and has professional property management teams in place for you. While I do not personally own a vacation rental, I do know of a great project that is currently being finished just two exits away from Disney. PM if interested.
