Property Manager for an Airbnb Vacation Rental

I have a small shipping container home that we are going to list on Airbnb for short term and vacation rentals. I have found a host who has agreed to have the shipping container home to be placed on her property. She will also be the manager. Her responsibilities will be to greet the guests, clean the space out between turnovers and fix small repairs as needed. I, as the owner, will manage the booking and fix any large repairs. We will split the monthly revenue (probably 50/50%).

My question is what type of legal agreement should we use? The property is in Georgia.

Is there a recommended downloadable form that would be sufficient, or should I hire an attorney to draft an original document? Should it be witnessed and sealed by a notary?

Thank you for any input.
