@Dalton Osmanski, I just paid for it all out of pocket. I had been saving for a while. It was about $12K all said and done.

@Myka Artis, we just put it in, so I'm not sure. I'm going to look for a tutorial online that I can provide a link to.

We just put an Amazon Firestick with Kodi in one of our Airbnb rentals. Kodi is one of those things that most people may not know about. Those who do know how good it is. Total cost $35, plus about an hour to set up.

I'd love to make it, but I'm still out of town for work for the next two weeks. Def looking forward to the next one, though.

My partner and I are under contract for a property in upstate NY. It's a small place in a great location. The purchase price relatively low, only $47.5K. There is currently a renter in place.

For financing, we went to a local bank , only to get denied because our debt to income ratio is too high. Though between the two of us, we have enough cash on hand to buy the property outright, and currently have a couple other income producing rental properties, a conventional loan is going to be hard to come by. 

I have contacted a couple companies that do rental loans, but the purchase price of the house is too low for their standards. 

Does anyone have any suggestions for lenders that may be a good fit for us?

I appreciate any feedback.
