Does anybody have any experience on buying a condo within a hotel like the Ritz or the Four Seasons and then rented it successfully on Airbnb?  Any advice? Any pitfall?

John Martin Does the condo association allow for rentals? I'm guessing "yes" but you'd have to ask. And with a place like that I think you'd have a fairly steep HOA fee on a monthly basis. It might not matter in peak season but could kill you in non-peak.
