Anyone have vacation rentals around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or Knoxville TN? We currently have 3 long term rentals in Knoxville but are interested in short term vacation rentals. Would love to have someone to ask a few questions to that has experience in the market here such as how many nights per year yours are rented, how to effectively manage, etc. Thank you!!

@Rachel Pivonka Can expect about 300 nights per year pretty easily. Management is not at all difficult. Search the forum there are countless threads on this topic. Or get me on the phone I’m happy to teach you.
