Is anyone investing the in the Restricted Zone in Mexico?

Thanks to US politics and other issues the Mexican economy is in all but free fall.  Anyone investing now in vacation rentals on the coasts?

I know some investors that bought a condo on the west coast in the summer and things have gone so well they have decided to buy five more.
