If you have a property in the bay area (or your own home), this might be the weekend to jump on AIRBNB or VRBO or even Craigs' list and knock out a few mortgage payments in one weekend. People are getting 5-7k for the weekend for places that typically get $1k.

Reality check.  I'm not saying that someone will pay outrageous amounts, but the price range line... doesn't support the idea that a few days will make your year.
