Hawaii Children’s Book

My sister in law is publishing books for children telling illustrated stories based in Hawaii. Age group 4 and up.  Retail price $20 thru outlets.  Or pickup dates on Maui.  Google Kumulori.com to see book.

Is this a good type of local gift product for Airbnb and hotels?  Donations go to LaHaina recovery efforts.

Or let me know if other ways to incorporate into Real estate efforts.   Thank you.

It might be too high depending on the house. If you are charging full 20 bucks it would give me pause. Profit margins are tight and every penny counts.

For example, in our lake house, we do a full wine box packed with snacks and a couple of drinks. I don't think we have more than $10 total in that box and it is always a big hit.

Our margins are sometimes tighter than I would like and a $20 book would be too much for us.

I understand it is going to a good cause, but not everyone will want one. My 2 cents.
