Need recommendation for enterprise level Property Management Systems
Hi - Any large property managers (50+ STRs) who manage properties for other owners, what is your most preferred PMS? What are its pros and cons for you?

Software is very personal. What works for me may not work for you.
Buildium, AppFolio, and Propertyware are the three big players. RentVine is the new kid on the block with great potential.

We use Streamline, which is a legacy software provider for PM's of 50+

Streamline is my recommendation. I used LiveRez before and it's not nearly as robust.
