Newbie STR owner

Hi all! I am about to purchase my first STR in Villano beach/St Augustine Florida area.

I am hoping to self manage but need referrals for good cleaners and handymen in the area. Anyone from the area that is willing to share their recommendations?

Also, who do you use for homeowners/STR insurance?

Hey @Holly Polf, try Turno. They used to be TurnoverBNB. I am sure in that area you will get a ton of quotes for the cleaning.

You can also look at TaskRabbit and other sites like it to find some handy people.

@Andrew Steffens had some in's on better insurance in FL these days so reach out.
