    Hey @Jim Stutzman, here are the regs - https://moabcity.org/514/Short-Term-Rentals

    Take a look at AirBNB and VRBO and see how many there are in operation. What kind of amenities do they have? How do their calendars look? Nightly rates?

    This will give you a decent idea of how your place might perform.
