How is the rental market in Moab? Does anyone know of a STR savvy RE agent in that area?

    Take a look at AirBNB and VRBO and see how many there are in operation. What kind of amenities do they have? How do their calendars look? Nightly rates?

    This will give you a decent idea of how your place might perform.
