Quote from @Zareena Sameen:

I'd suggest Hostaway! I personally use Hostaway and honestly, love it. It integrates with major OTAs,
a preferred partner of Airbnb, a Premier partner of Booking, an elite partner of Vrbo and also support Expedia, Marriott and google travel. More importantly, the user interface is easy to use and the support is extremely helpful and great. Also, it is highly customizable according to your needs and with Hostaway, it actually help me grow my business, saving time and costs.

Hostaway is a partner of nothing. No channel manager is a partner with anyone.

Hey there... I know this post is old but thought I'd reach out to see how your PM's are doing for you?  We went all in self managing our HHI property from a distance (NJ) as well, and you're right, the first year was a learning curve.  Since that experience, we decided to move out to HHI earlier than originally planned to help other absent owners. Curious how your experience has been?

Hey BP'ers Curious and interested in hearing what STR owners and investors on Hilton Head island and surrounding areas
think about what SHOULD be included in their turnover cleans, as well as what "extra" chores they feel should be included... battery changes, light bulbs, damage reporting, etc.  Investing myself, I have my own expectations and I'm willing (and do) pay more for extra services and attention to detail.

Do you feel there should there should be "levels" of services offered with those expectations in mind?

Lastly, if you OWN a cleaning company, what's your take? ... without advertising ;)
