Land Hacking with tiny homes
Hello everyone,
Im looking for land in Maine to eventually build upwards of 10-20 tiny homes. Will be campground zoning. This is my first time doing something like this and was wondering if anyone has experience with a similar strategy?
Would love some tips on this approach thanks.

Hey, No hands-on experience, but my team has been looking into doing it as well. It's the best move to find a pre-existing campground that would be looking to sell (hopefully a seller finance!)
This means you definitely have the campground zoning, but also have the septic, electrical and possibly even paved roads in place. Watch out, though, as not all campgrounds have septic etc. But the ones that do can be gold mines.
