Communication and Short Term Rentals!

I am Alec Santiago, I wanted to break down the importance of communication with guests for short term rentals, to give a little insight into my experience I am a Area Manager overseeing 100+ Poconos short-term rentals and a seasoned realtor. My experience on short term rentals is what helped me notice the importance of communication within this business. To bring your str to the next level having high levels of communication can be a huge benefit to ensure guest satisfaction. It may seem obvious but if a guest needs assistance with a heating issue at 3am, being able to answer would make your str stand out! (It may sound simple but this factor is frequently overlooked)

100% communication is key as in most aspects of life.  It begins on the property listing and continues through check out.  Often times people do not read all of the supplied information, but if there is an issue after you can point them to where it is.
