Mainly about New York and how STR owners have moved to Craigslist and other sites to advertise their listings.

This kind of stuff has been going on for years so it isn't really new but kinda interesting reading.

Definitely can't use craigslist listings for qualifying for a mortgage. Not sure if any of the people doing this are concerned about that but this could bite them down the line.
