Looking for a STR Partner

Hi all!

I'm based in Canada and am looking for a US citizen to partner with on deals. I do have money to contribute towards financing the deals, but the lending options for US citizens are much more attractive.

I work with John Bianchi as an analyst and have become quite good at finding deals. I am a currently being mentored by Michael Elefante, Logan West, and Danielle Miranda who all have extensive experience in the STR world. I also work in Whistler, BC in vacation rental management which I love and would like to be the sole person managing my properties on a daily basis.

If anyone is interested in partnering on deals, could you please DM me and tell me your pre-approval limit, how much you'd be willing to invest in one property, your minimum expected cash flow, your minimum expected CoC, your minimum expected ROI, any markets you're specifically interested in, and any other factors that are important for you when considering a deal?
