I have never used this strategy on any properties I own, but am trying to learn as much as possible to see if it might make sense to incorporate this strategy throughout Oklahoma City.

With that said I’m trying to learn about people’s experience with it, good and bad, to see if this strategy makes sense for the Oklahoma City market. Has anyone used this strategy? If so, what were the results and what area/sub-market were the properties located? Any information would be greatly appreciated and very helpful.

I am a developer and investor in the Oklahoma City area looking to network with others involved in the local multi-family development, construction and investment community. I already have a good core group, but am looking to expand my contacts. I have several very exciting projects in the pipeline I would like to share knowledge, experiences, etc. Any suggestions or ideas would be very welcome.

I am an Oklahoma City multi-family investor/developer looking to connect with others in this market who specialize in construction. I have multiple projects in the area in which I am looking to connect with like minded individuals in the construction industry.

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a multi-family general contractor in the Oklahoma City area?

@Cassi Justiz I would definitely like going to some of these meetups. Are there any you recommend?

I have a small apartment project I have been designing the past six months. Just recently I began talking to banks and potential investors about the project. Since I just recently signed up on BP I thought it would be beneficial to see if any professional investors with experience in multi-family would like to take a look at my investor packet and give their honest feedback. I’m always open to suggestions, comments, etc. Just trying to learn from others and their experiences with similar projects. If anyone is interested in reviewing send me a PM and we can connect.

@Will Fraser I’m involved in all aspects of real-estate. I own a home building company that specializes in new construction single-family and multi-family projects. I’m also active in land development and focused on investment properties.

Just signed-up on BP about a week ago. So far just been browsing the forums to see what kind of information is out there and have been impressed. I’m from Oklahoma City, so wanted to get an idea of what type of investors and people are on here who work in Oklahoma City real estate.
