Looking to start STR business. Should I invest in course?
Hello all.
I'm brand new to the STR scene and hoping to get some advice. I have experience in remodeling and construction so fairly familiar with markets. I am wondering if it would be smart to invest in a coaching course to guide me? I am most interested in doing partnership deals where I would not need to own the property to profit from it. I had a meeting with STR wealth academy and went well, but the $6k price tag seems high. They do offer guidance and legal docs etc so I do see the benefit. Also saw the STR profit academy that was similar for a fraction of the price but did not seem to offer as much.
Wondering if anyone thinks this is worth it? I would be working another full time job also in hopes of eventually doing this full time. Any advice greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Short Answer - NO.
Everything you need to know can be found here on BP for free.
Avery's book is a great primer also.
