Pros & Cons of investing next to other STRs?

I'm a BRRRR investor but interested in my first STR. I've seen a few properties come on the market that are right next door to other STRs.. thoughts on this? I suspect there's pros and cons?

That would be a plus to me. It is more accepted in the area and less likely for neighbors to gang up on you if you are the solo STR in the neighborhood.
