Seeking a STR referrals in Franklin NC

I'm looking for referrals for someone with experience setting up an STR in Franklin NC. I'm looking for good cleaners, sub contractors, and or property managers. I'm helping a friend who recently inherited a house that could supplement her retirement income. If you know the area and have any ideas I'd be super grateful.

You can first start looking at Turno for cleaners. Check Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace and the like to see what is out there.

I have no idea about PMs. They take a bit too much $$$ for me.

I live in that area. The best thing to do is to join some of the facebook groups. You won't find a lot of help most of the traditional ways it's a lot of word of mouth here. I would start here:
