I think you need to narrow down your potential markets then find a top performing realtor in that area.

Remember STR'S are normally just a residential property that you have to run the numbers on to see if they will work.

Any existing STR properties are going to be the most expensive properties you can buy but they are the easy button.

If you can find a residential property that needs a little work and make it a STR, you are likely to save a good deal of money.
