Looking for STR in Naples or nearby

I am looking to get into a short term rental in Florida. Something that I would be able to use as well periodically. Ideally I'd like to stay in the Naples area, non HOA, and will most likely sub out property management until more properties come along. I also have family there so having someone local to check on things will help. Does anyone have any experience in the long distance short term rental arena?

Are you most concerned with return? Depending on price point, I see better returns a little North in the Tampa area.
