Trying to determine which fee service is more user friendly and more powerful for someone trying to acquire their first investment property for short term rentals. Thanks in advance!

Hey @Rudy Hayden, man those seem like overkill to the nth degree for your first STR investment property.

Your best bet would be to find an agent who understands and invests themselves in STRs and go from there.

Those seem like 12g shotguns going after mosquitos.
