Hello BP Fam,

Has anyone thought about or entertained the idea of chatbots that handle most of the guest inquiries, compliants and etc. If so let me know what has your experience been? what do you like? what would you do to make it better? thinking about building my own bot to help myself and others.

I rarely get questions or complaints.

I have a 3 ring binder in the lake house that has everything they need to know.I mainly get a question about what type of coffee maker we have even though it is in the listing description.

It wouldn't save me any time to speak of.

I would want some weird answer being provided to the guest that could lead to a bad review. The personal touch can set you apart from your competition.
