It's a smart move to have a PMS and stay ahead in the STR market. Software doesn't cost that much and for those that only have a couple properties it's less than $50 a month.

 Ok I see what you are saying I thought u meant a property manager. @Brooklyn McCarty mentioned hospitable I just check and yeah this is exactly what I was talking about

I would want some weird answer being provided to the guest that could lead to a bad review. The personal touch can set you apart from your competition.


I appreciate your feedback. The chat it will filled only with information about the property and maybe local attractions and restaurants for guest, it won’t be a chatgpt bot that can surf the web. So the only response it will provide is responses you load into the bot. Most people are on their phones anyway and I think it would easier and convenient to just text and receive an answer then going thru a binder to find the answers you need. Also I’m talking with developers they can have bots handle bookings, cleaning coordination, calendar synchronization and more. Just thinking about saying ahead of the curve.

Hello BP Fam,

Has anyone thought about or entertained the idea of chatbots that handle most of the guest inquiries, compliants and etc. If so let me know what has your experience been? what do you like? what would you do to make it better? thinking about building my own bot to help myself and others.

Hello Wences,

He should look into syndication deals. If he builds a personal relationship with the  GP (general partner) he doesn’t need to be an accredited investor to be an LP (limited partner)

Hi Quintin!  I would definitely call PSI or who ever administered the licensing exam.  I had a similar experience in MA where I had to wait 12 weeks for them to "approve" me to even take the exam and once I called the support line, they were like, "Oh yeah your approved.  Do you want to take it tomorrow?"...Super frustrating but an important lesson that you need to push for what you need.
