Existing STR property

Hello

I just got an offer accepted for an existing STR property. I wish to continue keeping it on AirBnb and VRBO. Also I wish to manage it myself although never done that before. Looking for some advice as well S tools to manage it. Also is there any chance of continuing the existing listing just by changing host on Airbnb and VRBO. Thanks 😊
