Rate Adjustment For Dove Hunting

Good morning,

Sept 1 - Sept 15 is Dove Hunting season in my town.  Should I go ahead and adjust my rates higher right now in anticipation of this event?  What types of market research should I be doing to prepare for this to time any adjustments?  Constantly checking what other hosts are doing?  Thanks for any help you can provide.

I always adjust my rates up in advance of any event that will increase demand.

Vrbo has built in charts to show when there are more inquiries, demand and what rates people with similar houses are getting.

When I see a large fishing tournament announced I raise my rates at our Lake house.
