Do I need to take these advertised courses??

Hello all,

l'm really interested in starting my 1st investment in short term rental. Have listen to various webinars, etc.. I'm really interested in the model of leasing vs owning a unit and then use it for airbnb; although, I know you should always get the approval of the landlord or management Co. 1st. I've heard a couple webinars on how to use these scripts,etc to win over the landlord/management Co. But what l want to know is it worth it to buy into these programs for $1500-2k to gain access to these scripts or is there a better way?

Oh no not Arbitrage. 

Read past posts on this forum about why this is not a great strategy. Then make an informed decision.
