Hello all,

l'm really interested in starting my 1st investment in short term rental. Have listen to various webinars, etc.. I'm really interested in the model of leasing vs owning a unit and then use it for airbnb; although, I know you should always get the approval of the landlord or management Co. 1st. I've heard a couple webinars on how to use these scripts, etc to win over the landlord/management Co. But what l want to know is it worth it to buy into these programs for $1500-2k to gain access to these scripts or is there a better way?

Thanks in advance!

Oh no not Arbitrage.

Read past posts on this forum about why this is not a great strategy. Then make an informed decision.
