Hello NJ crowd,

I am a very active investor, broker and property manager in my own market, but I am looking to pick up a house that I can AirBnB by my wife's family when we aren't using the home on visits. Does anyone have a good Air BnB management company they can recommend in the area? I also would love any connections to local folks who have done this strategy in the area. We are looking in Belleville, Bloomfield, Nutley, and other surrounding areas.

    #1. Is STR allowed there?
#2. Cut out the middle man and commissions. Pay yourself the extra cash. I would read Avery Carl’s book. It’s all about self managing
