Land in Joshua Tree to Put Tiny Homes On

Hey Team,

Investment tactic I would like feedback on, I have a plot of land in Joshua Tree and I was thinking of adding some Tiny Homes to the land and making it a fun Short-Term rental. What are somethings I should be thinking about besides the expected Rent to Investment?

Thanks!

Hey @Jorge Barboza Jr., you should call the county and see what they say. They might only allow a single tiny home on the lot.

Remember that you will be doing this with cash. Lenders aren't going to lend on tiny homes for the most part. So be prepared to pay for bringing the water, sewer and electric services to the lot.
