Hi everyone. We have a home in Florida with water access in the back and my husband wants to provide kayaks for our guests. I think is a cool idea but I am nervous about liability (even a gator has been around). Any experience with this? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Like @John Underwood, we have a lake house but unlike John, we don't provide any kind of watercraft.

Too much liability IMHO. We just work with a local boat rental company and steer guests towards them to rent all sorts of watercraft.

We also don't have to be worried about gators...
