Has anyone gotten into airbnb with tiny homes? Looking at the cost of smaller plots of land and the cost of a tiny home at HD it looks like it’s got potential to be a great side hustle.

I was looking into markets in the midwest, and all in prices for setting everything up would be in the ~150k range.

Has anyone had any experiences renting out tiny homes? I wanna know what i’m getting myself into before I jump in head first.

There's really not much difference in renting out a tiny home vs a SFH vs any other STR.

A modular tiny home from HD is likely not going to have any equity in it by the time you factor in the land. Unless you are in a hopping STR market.
