Hi @Brady Graham thank you so much for your response. You have pointed out something important here, which is that this 4 bedrooms may be too many rooms and expensive for most traveling nurses. That has been my worry. I did some research on furnishedfinder and it shows that most traveling nurses  rent smaller places in Lowell area.

I have a 4 bedroom apartment in Lowell MA and I'm considering renting it

out as a medium-term rental. However, I'm not sure if this is a viable

option for me. Has anyone had experience with medium-term rentals in

Lowell MA? What kind of demand can I expect? And what are some things I

should consider before making this decision? Any insights would be

greatly appreciated.
