Hey everyone, I am a real estate investor looking to build upon my portfolio for co-hosting for homeowners. I own and operate a small cohosting company in the Ventura County area and have access to AirDNA data for any market in the USA. I operate homes in Joshua Tree, Ventura, Texas, and Mass. and would love to help with any info I can in regards to investors looking in those markets and elsewhere for their next STR investment:)
