We have a full service STR property management company that works with short term rentals in the Raleigh, NC and surrounding areas. I can talk about the industry for hours : ) I have 3+ years of experience in Rental Arbitrage and STR property management and we have 12 STR properties in the area.

Congrats on getting licensed and doing it right!!!
I hope to see more of this as folks realize arbitrage really is just property management but without a license.
