Crestline CA STR Occupancy Rates
Hello all,
Are there any str owners in the Crestline/ Green Valley Lake/ Running Springs area that can share their historical occupancy rates for the past year or so?
I have been trying to run str property analysis to see if any str investment opportunities make sense up there. I have looked onto nailing down an accurate occupancy rate by using price labs, airdna and just going on Airbnb calendars. I can't seem to come to a great consensus.

Maybe find some similar properties and message the owners or PM on Airbnb Vrbo?
