New build for STR in Catskills

Hello everyone - my father owns a property in the Catskills south of Albany. We are considering building a small Cabin or tiny home for his use but also for STR when not in use. Does anyone know of any builders that specialize in customs homes specifically for AirBnB purposes in the Catskills ? Or perhaps a property manager located in the area specializing in STR?
