Rental Strategy For Property With Granny Flat
I have a 3 bed 3 bath property where the 3rd b/ba is separate from the main house and self contained aka granny flat.
What is commonly done with properties like this? STR the entire place or LTR the granny flat and STR the 2b/2ba?
I see the benefits with the latter however my concern is it could be a turn off for STRs who might see other people living in close proximity.
Please share your thoughts and experience.
