ISO local point person in Pigeon Forge, TN
Currently own a STR cabin in Pigeon Forge that is being managed by a full service company for 20%. Looking to switch to self-management from out of state and want a local point of contact who can do things like verify/inspect work done by cleaners and contractors, visit the property in case of guest emergencies or contractor appointments, assist in accepting and delivering packages to replace broken or run down furnishings, etc.
Looking for recommendations and info on how much you might pay someone for such a position. Thanks!

Your cleaner will handle this. No need to micro manage them. There are several folks that will go through and inspect but your cleaner won’t like it.
Also be aware that if ANYTHING is less than perfect your guests will let you know instantly. Although sometimes they’re not right.
Even though I don’t think you’re actually looking for the person you’re looking for, you won’t find them here anyway. There are several Facebook groups for what you’re looking for.
