Managing the Small Things Remotely

Hello - I'm looking to remote manage a STR property myself and was wondering if anyone has experience and advice how to manage the little tasks (e.g. take the garbage cans out/in, replace the air filters, cleanout the mailbox, etc.) I have three properties in Charlotte and its easy for me to do these small tasks myself, but not sure how to manage those remotely. I was thinking of using an app like Task Rabbit for these type of jobs.

Appreciate any insight on this!
