Any STR Investors in the FSU/Tallahassee area?

Good afternoon everyone,

I am a new investor that recently closed on my second property. The second property is in Tallahassee, 5 miles from FSU.

My wife and I are currently renovating the property, but we are a bit over budget.

I was wondering if there were any STR/Airbnb investors in the area. I'm hoping to bounce some ideas off an experienced investor.
